On this page, "I" and "me" mean Suri Ninio Consulting LLC, which is responsible for the information described below and is who you contact about it.

This page covers this website — the pages you are reading right now. It does not cover software I have built for a client, or anything inside it. That is governed by the written agreement signed with that client, and by whatever additional terms that client's industry requires.

The short version

This website has no form, no login, no analytics and no cookies. There is nothing here that collects anything about you. It is four pages of text and an email address.

What the servers record on their own

The company hosting these pages keeps ordinary web server logs: IP address, browser and device type, which page was asked for, and when. That happens for every website and it is what lets the host keep the site up and stop abuse. Those logs are kept for a short period and rolled off. I do not read them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and does no advertising or cross-site tracking. Nothing here is watching you read. If that ever changes, this page changes with it, in the same update.

If you email me

Whatever you write is in my inbox, at the email provider carrying it. I use it to reply to you and to remember who I have already spoken with. I do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and there is no mailing list to end up on.

Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Keep customer records, patient information, account numbers and payroll files out of it. If you need to send me something sensitive, say so first and I will send you a safe way to do it.

How long it is kept

Email is kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Ask me to delete yours and I will.

Your choices

Write to suri@surininio.com and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to those things. You will get them either way.

Children

This site is for people running businesses. It is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material gets said plainly here rather than slipped in quietly.
